The Dept. of Agriculture and Industries, General Services Section provides services and support for the other divisions and sections in Agriculture and Industries. These services include the maintenance and disposal of all automotive vehicles owned by the department. These reports are compiled by the section from the Monthly Individual Automotive Vehicle Maintenance Reports (S-4-26) received from the individual operator of each vehicle. They show total mileage and expenses for the month, as well as cumulative mileage and repairs for each vehicle. The cover page of each report shows comparative total mileage for the current and previous month as well as the current month and the same month of the previous year. Copies of these reports are distributed to all other divisions which have vehicles assigned to them so that they can compare actual vehicle expenses to budgeted expenses.
